Our Story
In December 2013, Chef Carlos Garcia — trained in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe — introduced soulful, modern Spanish cuisine with a Filipino twist to Alabang locals through The Black Pig.
From our first charcuterie plate to the latest specials, we’ve remained dedicated to crafting dishes that resonate — those that tell a story, spark a moment, and bring people together.
